 dete is liye hame ye pareshani hoti hai.

 ,bahut share option hai.
lekin ham kuch nahi karte.

              tips :- aalas mat karo aadat badlo 
subha jaldi utho 1, ghante vyam ,yoga,ya fir
walking, jogging jaror karo pasina bahao
