kaise fit rahe payega.

    acchi healt :- ke liye hame roz subah jaldi
jaagna chahiye.subah ki hawa khane se pura din ham fresh rahenge. or agar koch jarori vyam kar le to shrir stong ho jaye ga.

       sharir ko aaram dena bhi atyntaavsak hai. kabhi-kabhi ham kahi sher shapate bhi karne chahiye .aisa karne se hame ek nayi
urja prapt hogi..

        zindagi ka ek naam kaam hai to doshara naam aaram bhi hai.
kaam kar ke jab ham thak jate hai to todi der aaram karne ke baad hame fir nayi urja mil jaati hai.

       swasth sharir:- tobaco,smoking,sharaab,
hmari health ke liye mano zaher hai.
aye sye nashe ke shath ham kaise swasth rahe
sakte hai. hame acchi healt chahiye to
hame buri aadat ko chodna hai..


    dosto hamare kahene ka matlab hai.
jis trha kam jarori usi trha aarm jarori.
taki ham beemaar na hoyen.
or healti rah sake.
