pani peene ke fayde..

                   acchi helth ke liye pani zyadase
zyada pena chahiye.ham pete bhi hai par kya ham ye jante hai pani kab kitna or kaise piya jana chahiye...

           pani zyada pene se hame pet ki samasya.motapa. sirdard.baal jhadna jaisi bimariyon se bachata hai...

1.khana khane ke turant baad ya khane ke sath pani pite hai to zaher ke saman hai.
pani pina ho to khane se pahale piye. or khan khane ke 20 se 30 minat baad pani piye. aisa karne se hame bahot fayda hoga.

2.khana khane se 30.minat.pahle pani ka sewan karen  yadi bhojan karte samay pyas
lagti ho to ek.do ghoot pani pi sakte hai..

3.bhojan karne ke 20 se 30 minat baad pani piye ta ki bhojan ko pachane ka samye mil sake.

4.pani bath kar hi piye ek jhatke me pani pine ki bajaay ghoot ghoot piye..

5.garmiyon me thanda pani pine se behtar
hame matke ka pani pina chahiye athwa sardiyon me gongona pani pina chahiye....

6. subah khali pet pani piye aisa karne se sharir ki sari gandagi nikal jaayegi.

7.agar kam kar ke thak gaye ya kam me man nahi lagta ho to thoda rok ke pani piye es se thakaan door ho jayegi or maind bhi tanow mukt ho jaye ga...

8. snan se pahle 2 glass pani pi le to bladpreshar kam hone me shayta milti hai.
lekin jab garm pani se snan karte hai to hame thanda pani nahi pina chahiye....
