1.khane me tel ka kam se kam prayog 
kare... tala bhuna masale daar.na khaye.
2. paidal chale or tez chale.
3. chawal kam khanye. roti ziyada khanye.
4. subha khali peat ek glaas. gun guna pani
    piye or raat ko sone se pahele ek glaas ...
          gun guna pani. jodo ke dard ke liye 
    labh dayak hai... is ke prayog se gess
     ki sikayat khatm ho jaygi.....
     
           ham to azma chukey hai.....
